🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship primarily via Australia Post, using services that include tracking and optional Signature on Delivery (SOD). Please note:
- Standard Tracking is included with most parcels.
- Signature on Delivery is available for an additional fee. If selected, ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery address. Australia Post may not compensate for lost items if SOD procedures are not properly followed.

⏱ Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 2pm AWST may be processed the next business day.

- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
- If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days. We will assist in lodging an investigation with Australia Post.
- Kelc.au is not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address entry or unclaimed deliveries.

To protect against fraud:
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
- Orders paid via Shop Pay Installments are subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders if suspicious activity is detected.
